Well hello again….
So we are now in February, its crazy how time flies! I get to see so many of my furry friends grow so fast. They went from greeting me by jumping on me to now simply sitting and giving me their paw! Lindsey from Lindsey's waggin' tails has done such an amazing job with them. Thank you all for contacting her (those who did) It’s my pleasure to help any way I can with your loved ones.
So February is supposed to be a month of love and appreciation, everyone rushes to the flower shop or buys chocolates for their significant other with a plush bear and a well written card. But this month I have decided to keep it simple with my boyfriend and have chosen to reach out to my four legged friends. I have been looking up healthy and very tasteful recipes to make not only for my pets but to hand out to clients as well. I figure its my way of saying “I wuff you too”
Lets switch it up this year. Show some “wuff” back everyone
P.S. Oreo and Peewee love that I'm doing this because they get to try each batch and so far they are my toughest critics!!!
Winner this month: Peanut butter bisquits
2 cups 100% whole wheat flower
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions: preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in medium to large mixing bowl, add peanut butter and almond milkand mix until dough forms. Roll out the dough on parchment paper (floured surface works just as well) into 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Place dog treats on a cookie sheet which I lined with parchment paper as well. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

I want to share a funny story with you guys. My 5 year old niece Luna is currently going through a phase. Her mom says she needs an attitude adjustment ASAP.
Being that I dont have any children of my own, I really have no advice for her. Now if she had a problem with her dog, I could TOTALLY help her there. In fact, because of my niece that is exactly what i'm going to do for all of you.
See Luna was telling her mom how there is this thing called "Charm School" where you learn to behave. So, my sister though that luna wanted to attend Charm School. Turns out the Charm School idea was for her dog.
So this got me thinking...
We could all use a little charm in our lives. If you have a furry loved one that needs behavior tips, I have just the SOLUTION!!!
I have a wonderfull friend Lindsey McGeorge over at Lindsey's Waggin' Tails Pet Training www.waggintailspettraining.com/
Not only has she helped me train my own furr babies (as she likes to call them) but several of my clients as well. Check her out.
New Year New You
Why not apply it to your pet
So Sparky its time for some charm

The Holidays are upon us!!
It's a wonderful yet HECTIC time of the year! Everyone is busy busy busy!
But, I do have to say I'm feeling very accomplished this year. You see, usually its Xmas eve and I'm still wrapping presents. oops! I'm sure I'm not alone right?
Anyway...Not this time!
My tree is up and the gifts are wrapped and ready to go! Well technically they already went hehe under the tree that is!
(Of course it's purple!! Beautiful isn't it?)
So, in the gift of giving and since I'm all done with my holiday to-do list. My gift to you is holiday pet care without the extra holiday fees! Like I said this is a crazy time of year so if you need to be out finishing your last minute holiday to-dos or visiting out for the holidays I'm here to make sure your pets are not forgotten! The only thing you can go ahead and forget is the holiday upcharge
Speaking of not forgetting your pets... don't forget to get them something special this holiday season. For example, the gift of health is always welcome! So, we invite you to half off an exam with Dr. Deam or Dr. Strieby at Animal Clinic of the Oaks as well as a complementary bath.
Also, read these tips on keeping your pets happy and healthy this holiday season.
Looking forward to making new furry friends this joyous season and wishing
everyone the best for a wonderful holiday and a very Happy New Year!
